Kids Jiu-Jitsu &
Bully Self-Defense

Confidence, focus, and real anti-bullying self-defense for children ages 7–12 — taught in a structured, supportive class that kids actually look forward to.

Strength that
starts within

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu gives kids more than self-defense — it builds the confidence and composure that stop bullying before it starts. Our program teaches children simple techniques that don’t require size or strength, so they can protect themselves and stay calm under pressure.

Classes are patient and encouraging. Kids learn discipline, respect, and focus while getting a great workout — and they have fun doing it.

What ages is the kids class for?

Our kids Jiu-Jitsu program is built for children ages 7–12.

Will my child be safe?

Yes. Our certified instructors teach in a controlled, supportive environment and emphasize technique, respect, and safety over roughness.

Does Jiu-Jitsu really help with bullying?

It does. Kids learn to defend themselves and, just as importantly, gain the calm confidence that makes them far less likely to be targeted in the first place.
