Our Gracie BJJ Basics program is the most effective way to learn Jiu-Jitsu self-defense. You’ll build a real foundation — leverage, position, and submission — through clear, patient instruction and consistent practice.
Gracie Basics is perfect whether you’re “in shape” or “out of shape.” You’ll get fit as you train, learning simple techniques that don’t rely on strength — and progressing at your own pace toward advanced gi and no-gi grappling.

When To Train
Adult Jiu-Jitsu runs four evenings a week plus Saturday midday, with late open mats on Tuesday and Thursday.
No. Most people walk in with zero experience. Our certified instructors teach in an organized, patient way so beginners can follow along safely from day one.
No — shorts and a t-shirt are fine for your free trial. Once you enroll we’ll help you get a proper gi.
